Whatever your goals are in the field of health and fitness either it being to reduce your body fat, becoming stronger/bigger, increasing speed and power, increasing you endurance, improving your lifestyle or just to better yourself as a person. I will be happy and willing to teach, work and train with you to help you reach your goal and personal potential.  I have big interest in all aspects of health and fitness, I have an open mind when it comes to different types and styles of training and especially when it comes to different types of sports. Im a big believer in what ever you train for that less is more and to train with intelligence and to be active through out life as much as possible, this is vital when you are into intense weight or strength training, or wanting to become conditioned for certain sport, or to just get into shape.
