Oxford Rower     

A great piece of equipment to work out the whole body, in a safe and productive way, this piece of kit will improve the stamina of your heart ,lungs and improve overall muscular endurance. Also a great piece of kit to warm the whole of your body up before any serious workout or weight lifting plan. 

                                               

                                  

 

Kettle Bells 

If you want an all round dynamic, strength building workout then kettle bells will do just the job. They will also give you a great cardiovascular work out too, within five minutes of swinging these things.

Cable machine

A great piece of kit to train the body, from all angles and planes of movement. Cable machines are also classed as free weights.

                                                                                              

 

7 Foot Olympic Barbell

This is a much needed piece of kit if you are thinking of getting the power rack as is only holds Olympic barbells. The weight of this type of bar is 20kg. (approx)    

                                                                                  


 

Olympic Weight Plates

This set of weight plates contains a range of plates from 1.25kg up to 20kg adding up to a total of 150kg of weight. They are suited for Olympic bar only.

      

                                                                                            

 

Marcy 50kg Barbell and dumbbell kit

A little smaller than the Olympic bar, in length at 5 foot long and a thinner girth, more practical if you have limited space in your home.

Please note:

This type of bar will not work well with a power rack

                                                                                          

 

York Dumbbell Kit

More practical than the barbell if you are limited for space, but can still get a great resistance workout when used correctly.
