Why should you have personal training sessions?

-To keep you motivated and on track with your training

-To help set personal goals - and ACHIEVE THEM

-To increase your knowledge of exercise and to give a variety of programmes to work to

-To help improve your confidence and ensure your training session are safe and enjoyable

                

Having your blood pressure checked before you start any kind of exercise programme is beneficial for you and your training. Also just using your bodyweight and simple exercise like a medicine ball can give you a great workout.

What it involves?

I Start off with are a free initial consultation which just involves you filling out a simple questionniare about what you are currently doing, what you have done, what you would like to, your past and current condition of your health. And a chance for me to get to know you and vice versa. If you choose just to have single training sessions on their own.

But if you choose to have them as part of your lifestyle course then I will have your fitness levels tested and then take you through a series of assesments including you having your Metabolic type tested, postural analysis etc, please click on the   lifestyle course and Metabolic typing tab to find out more as they will be intergrated    with your training sessions.

The areas that I cover

I am based in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Surrey, but I can travel to surrounding areas, such as:

New Malden, Surbition, Berrylands, Teddingston, Combe, Richmond and more.
