How does it work?
Metabolic typing properly evaluates, identifies and addresses each person's biochemical individuality, rather than just using a shot gun general approach to ones diet and hoping it works which is pretty much all so called diets out there including the governments food pyramid.
Metabolic typing will then help to build health and balance your body through and non-specific metabolic therapy and through this it will allow the body to unleash its natural inherent and powerful capabilities to build good health and increase sporting performance.
The way the Metabolic Typing programme works out your metabolic type, is through the analysis of the online questionnaire you must complete at the at the beginning of your programme. It consists of over a hundred + multiple choice questions of your physical,physcological and dietary traits from the results of your answers a computer will then analys them, send them to me, then I will then send to your will your diet sheet according to your metabolic type and weekly support information and much much more.
In short her are the six metabolic, you will one of them: either you will have a dominance in the ANS or the oxidative system, this is what determines to foods or to be more specific what nutrients you need.

Balanced and mixed types needs nutrients from both sides of the spectrum and the unbalanced and unmixed types need certain nutrients to bring the body back into a balance state. Please also refer to my article "The science and art of metabolic typing".
